Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. So you do not want to skip it. By eating breakfast you kickstart your metabolism.

Plus people are usually in a better mood throughout the day when they have ate breakfast. Nothing fancy, just simply eat something. Maybe a banana or vegan granola bar.

Or if you have a little time in the morning try this strawberries n cream oatmeal. I enjoy a nice warm breakfast so this one is totally getting made in my house. The coconut milk gives the oatmeal a nice cream texture and little added sweetness.
