This has to be the healthiest burger ever! A vegan power burger made with edamame, kale, parsley, buckwheat, basil, pumpkin seeds, onions and spices. Served on a crisp lettuce leaf there are no fake carbs here! I like the idea of also serving it with baked sweet potato fries.
