2 medium ripe avocados
1/4 cup diced red onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 jalapeno, finely diced
handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp chili powder
dash of ground black pepper
pitch of sea salt
1. Cut avocados in half. Using a spoon scoop out the inside of each avocado into a small mixing bowl. Discard avocado seed. (Or save it to plant a avocado tree)
2. Using your spoon mash avocado as best as you can. I like mine to remain a little bit chucky.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix throughly until you have the texture you like.
4. Dip your favorite chips in your homemade guacamole, add on top of salads, or your favorite Mexican dish. Enjoy!
