I have to say my all time favorite salad used to be a classic caesar salad. I would eat this salad all the time. Probably 6 days a week.
I know the dressing used in a traditional caesar salad carries a lot of calories, fat and animal products. So I have not had one in a very long time.
Now, that I truly miss that creamy caesar salad I found the perfect vegan replacement.
Oh and I can not wait to try it. Looks so good.
