It’s vegan, gluten free and perfect for saving a batch in the freezer for next week. Having a yummy soup all ready to enjoy when you just don’t feel like cooking something new is great!

This recipe has a homemade 10-spice blend that makes it better than any other vegetable soup out there. The other great thing about this recipe is the creamy base which is made from raw cashews.

Make this a complete meal by serving it with a little bowl of brown rice or toasted pita bread.
