I love, love, love spicy thai food. Which is probably why you keep seeing many recipes similar to this one here.
However, brussels sprout salad is definitely new for me. I used to not like this cute-little-cabbage-like food until I got older.
In this recipe we have them with chickpeas, cilantro, carrots and cucumbers. And you know the sauce is the BOSS! Never can you have too much sauce (ok, maybe sometimes).
This spicy thai sauce is made with creamy peanut butter, sriracha (you know you like that on everything), lime juice, garlic and a few other ingredients.
My thoughts are what if… you used chunky crunchy peanut butter?! Hmmm…
I’m so looking forward to trying this salad like NOW!
