I’m a huge fan of roasted cauliflower so naturally when I saw this recipe I was like, heck yes! Can’t wait to make this and why didn’t I think of it before.
Supposedly Whole Foods makes a version of this roasted curried cauliflower but I’ve yet to try it there. Might as well make it at home.
Using a whole head of cauliflower chop it up into bite size pieces. Preheat your oven to at least 475 degrees F. Toss cauliflower bites with EVOO, cumin, garam marsala plus a few other spices and roast until you see a nice golden crust (about 30-45 minutes).
