I keep hearing a buzz around this hot sauce “sriracha”. What is it anyways?

Oh, just a really spicy thai hot sauce made from the paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. Sounds just about perfect to me.

I still have yet to try it but I’m totally digging this recipe for a simple “sriracha” napa cabbage slaw. And as the last photo shows this slaw is perfect on a taco too. That’s what I’ll be doing!
