For the first day of October I already feel the seasons changing. I can’t wait till the temperature drops outside. The leafs are beginning to change and the holidays are amongst us.
I love this time of year because of the comforting foods and desserts to be cooked and shared with family and friends. From warm cookies to savory soups there is nothing better I love to cook right now. I’m ready to give this mixed bean curry soup a try. The warming spices will be my favorite part of this meal. I love beans and soup though so this is a win win for me.
