kale-chips

These low calorie chips are simple to make and way better for you than potato chips!

Here’s how you make kale chips at home. Start with a bundle of fresh kale leaves. Rinse and dry the kale leaves throughly. Remove the stems and arrange the kale on a greased baking sheet.

Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and oregano all over. You can always add any other spices you like too. Maybe some red pepper flakes or curry powder.

Bake for 10-15 mins at 450 degrees F. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before indulging in this crispy all-natural chips. I guarantee you’ll wish you made more.
