I love green smoothies in the morning for breakfast. It’s the perfect way to eat a lot of greens and other goodies that will give you energy all day. But sometimes it’s nice to be able to eat your breakfast with a spoon, not just drink it.
Now this smoothie bowl is so easy to make and very quick. Remember you can always add other yummy fruits and supplements to this bowl to make it your own.
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut water
large handful of fresh kale
strawberries, diced (topping)
1 tsp chia seeds (topping)
unsweetened coconut flakes (topping)
- Using a blender add both frozen mango and pineapple, pour in coconut water, add kale and avocado. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and arrange your toppings. You can get creative here and make it look so pretty you won’t want to eat it (until you snap a picture for Instagram) 🙂
