What a great way to jazz up some plain ole broccoli with dinner. I would try this as a small meal all by itself. I have never roasted broccoli before but now I’m ready to give it a try.
I try to have as many greens in all my meals as possible. Broccoli is something I eat often and for a good reason, it’s loaded with fiber and vitamin C along with many other nutrients.
Ginger is a natural digestive aid (and I love it), mix that with some-what-hard to digest broccoli and you have a win!
