Baked tofu is a perfect meal to make during the week because it is so quick and easy. This tofu is pressed, then sliced, marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar and agave (or honey/maple syrup). Lastly you bake the heck out of this tofu to get it nice a crispy.

Serve and enjoy with a side ginger salad or quinoa for a complete dinner.
