While planning what I would be making for this year’s Christmas dinner I stumbled upon this yummy looking side dish. I found it on the Food Network website. I always look for good ideas for dishes I can turn vegan.

Their recipe uses bacon and chicken broth so I figured I could opt out on the bacon and just use vegetable broth or water.

This non-traditional stuffing seems to be a fun new spin on stuffing. I bet the wild rice with chucks of roasted brussels sprouts, fresh thyme, pearl onions and hazelnuts make this an unforgettable dish.
