It’s the season of salads. Always seems once it gets a bit warmer out salads are the craze. I love it. They are light and refreshing.
Check out this chinese chop salad. Made with napa cabbage, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, red and yellow bell pepper, English cucumber, grilled tofu, cilantro, celery, black sesame seeds and silvered almonds.
