Look at these delicious crepes. I’m thinking I can give them a try… Vegan Style! Add some egg replacer to this recipe and bam! Vegan crepes.

I love crepes because they are so versatile. You can have them as a sweet snack or dessert or make a yummy brunch or dinner out of them. In this photo it looks like they added sauted spinach or fresh basil, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes maybe some onions. Looks savory to me.
